Job Description

We are looking for an experienced management and development leader responsible for planning and coordinating the daily work within a management object that encompasses several mission-critical systems and web solutions. The focus of the assignment is on a central operational system and its integrations.

The role includes ensuring appropriate, secure, and cost-effective system support with a focus on business benefits and development opportunities. The consultant is responsible for monitoring management and activity plans and participates in budget work and ongoing budget follow-up.

Approximately 20% of the assignment involves mapping and analyzing existing system solutions to identify alternative solutions and integration opportunities.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the business, object owners, object specialists, IT functions, suppliers, and other object leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up management and activity plans
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting
• Coordination between business, IT, and external suppliers
• Participation in budget work and responsibility for ongoing budget follow-up
• Mapping of existing system solutions, including:
  - Data flows, integrations, interfaces, and areas of use
  - Analysis of how well the systems support the business's needs
  - Identification of risks, opportunities, and benefits in maintaining or changing solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and develop business and IT requirements
• Dialogue and evaluation of existing and alternative suppliers and solutions
• Assessment of compatibility and integration opportunities
• Preparation of impact analyses and decision support for strategic choices and budget work

Delivery Goals

• Completed activities according to the established management and activity plan
• Structured monitoring and reporting
• Ensured coordination between business, IT, and suppliers
• Documentation for upcoming budget work
• Compiled analysis and decision support regarding future system solutions and integration strategy

Mandatory Requirements

• Documented education equivalent to:
  - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or information systems, or
  - Relevant vocational education (e.g., IT project manager, integration technician, IT solution architect, or system administrator)
• Documented education in requirements management and project and/or agile methods
• Documented experience of working according to PM3 or similar management model
• Documented experience in management and activity planning
• Documented experience in workshop and meeting facilitation
• Documented experience in project methodology and agile working methods
• Documented experience in needs analysis, process mapping, and preparation of requirements and decision support
• Documented understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
